The current staff of approximately 85+ people includes full-time researchers, technical and administrative staff, affiliated instructional faculty from University academic departments, undergraduate and graduate students, and temporary staff.

UMTRI seeks to hire a full-time HR Generalist Intermediate to participate as a part of the administrative services team under the direction of the Business Administrator. As an administrative lead alongside other key areas such as Finance, Facilities, Communications and IT, work with the Business Administrator to develop creative and thoughtful plans for HR administration. The ideal candidate is a collaborative individual who can exercise discretion and independent judgement in managing the day-to-day administrative responsibilities for all of UMTRI’s HR activities.
