Research Fellow in Advanced Wireless Communications at University of Surrey

Applications are invited for a postdoctoral researcher position in wireless communication to join University of Surrey, UK. Applications should be submitted as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will work an a collaborative research project aiming to design, fabricate and implement the novel intelligent reflecting surfaces at sub-7GHz and mmWave frequency bands.

The project will design, fabricate and install several prototypes in different locations where measurement campaigns will be performed. The channel measurement will be carried out to develop a channel model at lower and higher frequencies in presence of the intelligent surface while the line-of-sight is blocked.

Please note, it is University Policy to offer a starting salary equivalent to Level 3.6 (31,866) to successful applicants who have been awarded, but are yet to receive, their PhD certificate. Once the original PhD certificate has been submitted to the local HR Department, the salary will be increased to Level 4.1 (32,817).
